Dennis Price is the CEO for the Mongolia Group (formerly Chestnut Fund).
Mr. Price has more than 35 years’ experience in the mining industry, as mining engineer, project engineer, project manager, and Chief Operating Officer. More than 20 years of that has come in Asia, including Mongolia, Kazakhstan and Indonesia. He has worked for Texas Utilities, a major U.S. utilities company, Morrison-Knudsen Company, Mining Group for 17+ years, in the U.S., Mongolia and Indonesia, and for Access Industries as the CEO of the largest open-pit coal mine in the world, the Bogatyr Mine, in Northern Kazakhstan for almost 10 years. Dennis has a B.S.C.E. in structural engineering. Most of his project experience has been in “green field” and “brown field” projects where major mining infrastructure construction, including conveyors, roads, crushers, railroads, ship-loading facilities, etc., were needed. He's been instrumental in procurement, construction/erection and management of major mining equipment and infrastructure in many of those projects. He has also developed information management systems at several of those projects and managed ISO 9001 and 18001 certifications. Dennis first came to Mongolia in April 1993, working on a U.S.A.I.D. project upgrading the Baga Nuur, Sharyn Gol and Shivee Ovoo Coal Mines and Power/Heating Stations # 3&4.

Ivalyo Velikov is the COO & Head of Business Development of the Mongolia Group (formerly Chestnut Fund).
Mr. Velikov specializes in foreign relations, strategic planning, and risk management. He was Senior Manager for Development and Partner with KazBul Invest and recently CEO of Dentongate Cyprus in London, an equity trust firm. Recently he was CEO of Dentongate Holdings, Cyprus. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Varna, Bulgaria, and is fluent in Bulgarian, Russian, English, and Spanish. He has been the president of a private airline servicing Thailand and has brokered significant real estate transactions in Bulgaria and Russia. His specialties are in long-term investment planning, sustainable/green real estate, government relations, private investments, tourism, environmental technologies, construction, and development.

Joseph Rebar is the EVP of the Mongolia Group (formerly Chestnut Fund)
Mr. Rebar is an accomplished, results-driven management professional with a stellar background leading and improving global warehouse, logistics, and operations functions. Skilled in devising and executing strategy to meet worldwide customer contract obligations and inventory optimization. Dynamic interpersonal strengths; skilled in building client and team relationships and negotiating with vendors for international purchasing. Proficient in analyzing and recommending effective solutions to logistics problems. Ensure full compliance with governing regulations. Eligible for Secret Clearance. He has extensive domestic and international experience in logistics, procurement, and supply chain management within mining and construction industries.
